1. Digital Products
1.1 E-Books, PDFs, and Downloadable Guides
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on e-books, PDFs, or downloadable guides once they have been downloaded. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue or provide a refund at our discretion.
1.2 Online Courses and Webinars
For online courses and webinars:
- If you have not accessed more than 25% of the course content, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected], explaining your reason for dissatisfaction.
- If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days.
1.3 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
- If you cancel within 48 hours of a new subscription purchase and have not accessed any premium content, you may be eligible for a full refund at our discretion.
2. Physical Products
2.1 Return Eligibility
You may return physical products within 30 days of delivery, provided that:
- The product is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags attached
- You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)
- The product is not listed as non-returnable (such as plants, seeds, or personalized items, unless damaged or defective)
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Live plants and seeds
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Gardening tools or equipment that has been used
- Sale items marked as 'Final Sale'
2.3 Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product
- Provide photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion
2.4 Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Wait for return authorization and instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions
- Include the return authorization form in your package
2.5 Return Shipping
Please note the following regarding return shipping:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your protection
- The cost of return shipping will not be refunded
2.6 Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
- If declined, you will be notified of the reason and the item will be returned to you
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer
3. Shipping and Handling Fees
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in cases where:
- We shipped an incorrect item
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- The item was lost in transit
4. Exchanges
We offer exchanges for physical products within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. To request an exchange:
- Follow the return process outlined above
- Specify in your return request that you would like an exchange and indicate the replacement item
- If the replacement item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
- If the replacement item is of lower value, we will refund the difference
5. Events and Workshops
For in-person or virtual events and workshops:

If you cannot attend an event, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.
6. Gift Cards
Gift cards:
- Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Do not expire
- Cannot be used to purchase other gift cards
- If a gift card is used for a purchase that is later returned, the refund will be issued as store credit
7. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
We understand that exceptional situations may occur. If you have a special circumstance not covered by this policy, please contact us, and we will evaluate your request on a case-by-case basis.
In cases of significant errors on our part or extenuating circumstances beyond your control, we may extend the timeframes or conditions specified in this policy at our discretion.
